Retirement age for women in Russia in 2014. Retirement age for large women in Russia

To date, many young people do not yet think about what awaits them tomorrow, what changes they will undergo, with what it is connected. Age, as is known, dictates its conditions. And we should be grateful to the history for being born at a time when any pension is appointed at all, because some even a few centuries ago they did not even think about it. People lived and died in poverty. The state did not protect them in any way. Most of all they needed the support of a woman. And now the situation has not changed. Today, the retirement age for women in Russia is fifty-five years. It is very early in the world scale. It is noteworthy that the retirement age for women in 2013 was the same. And this is not surprising. It has not changed for several decades.

History of pension

Earlier, no one thought about making any payments to people who had reached a certain age. Not to say that they did not respect old age, but nobody saw the meaning of devastating the treasury. Moreover, this issue was not considered at all. And people died very early. The realities of that time, hunger, poverty and ruin did their black work.

A completely different situation began to take shape at the end of the nineteenth century. For the first time, the pension reform took place under Otto von Bismarck, who at that time really made a revolution in history. So, he introduced mandatory payments to citizens who have reached the age of seventy. Of course, by the standards of those few people lived to retirement, but the fact of the reform itself made a furor. In addition, after a while the age limit was reduced to sixty-five years at the insistence of trade unions.

Peculiarities of pension

Firstly, these are monthly payments, which are assigned not only to those who have reached a certain age, but also to socially unprotected layers of the population, for example, the disabled or the unemployed. And this is important. That is, the main feature of a pension is not the age requirement, namely social insecurity. The state thus helps its citizens to become fully on their feet, gain certain material benefits, improve their living standards, become richer and more developed. In the payment of such funds, the country takes care of its people. And the low age limit (take at least the same retirement age for large women in Russia - in 2014 it was 55 years) suggests that the state does not see its dependents in its citizens and tries in every possible way to provide them with everything necessary, regardless of their relative youth .

The situation in the world

Since that time, when Otto von Bismarck decided to make payments to people who have reached the age of seventy, a lot of time has passed. Over the years, society began to realize that a pension is simply necessary for those who have already outlived themselves and can not work. This is a kind of homage. It is noteworthy that the retirement age for women in Russia is much lower than similar global indicators. Fifty-five years is an unchanging figure that was introduced in the USSR. It has never changed. Certain former Soviet republics have corrected this mark on the basis of their realities, but Russia, which is the main successor of the great power, left it to its fair sex.

And how are they?

Today, in the vast majority of countries in the world, people retire at sixty-five. There are states that are already thinking about significantly increasing these figures. For example, in the United States of America, it is planned to postpone the release date of citizens of both sexes for a deserved rest for another 5 years. The situation is no better in Europe. So, in Germany already in the near future plan to raise the bar to seventy years. True, in some cases this does not cause people who really want to work and earn, some kind of aggression. Nevertheless, it is obvious that the retirement age for women in Russia is worthy of respect, since it allows you to get paid before, without waiting for a deep old age.

Change is coming!

At present, the age of a person retiring in Russia is sixty years for men and fifty-five years for women, as mentioned above. If we compare these indicators with international practice, then our compatriots go on deserved rest really relatively young. For example, even now the residents of Spain, Germany, Iceland, as well as Norway, may well continue their work activity to sixty-seven years, while in these countries there is actually no division according to the so-called gender principle, that is, retirement at this age may As representatives of the strong half of humanity, and lovely ladies.

New system

But everything changes! In particular, the newest Russian pension system will operate already in two thousand and fifteenth year. According to the reform, the so-called point structure is introduced, that is, for each year of official work, the future retiree will be credited with certain points, based on which the monthly allowance will be calculated.

This principle is quite simple for calculation and execution, because as a result of simple mathematical actions, the final calculation is carried out. At the same time, reform must correspond to the realization of social justice. Agree, the more a person worked in his life, the greater the amount of payments to him should be due in the future. Moreover, many legislators and public figures have already begun to actively support the idea of innovation. As practice shows, social equality is achieved only when there is an adequate charge of payments. And the retirement age of women in Russia has nothing to do with this.

About the mothers with many children, say a word!

But we must not forget about those who care about the future of our Motherland. It should be noted that the early pension to mothers with many children in two thousand fourteenth year already celebrates its thirty-third year of existence. Let us turn to the history of the emergence of this phenomenon in our society. After all, the retirement age of women in Russia differs from that for mothers with many children.

The system was first introduced in the fifties of the nineteenth century, and it was intended for women who raised more than five children or a disabled child. At the same time she had to work for her whole life for more than five years (in total). This privilege was introduced in the Soviet period in certain regulatory legal acts. At present, it is very problematic for a woman to take advantage of such a privilege. In particular, the current version of the normative legal act has put forward four mandatory conditions for the citizens to receive it. So, mothers of many children who have reached the age of fifty, have worked for a total of more than 15 years (this period must necessarily enter into the length of service) and gave birth and brought up more than 5 children over 8 years old.

Nuances

If a mother of many children was not able to raise all the children until she reached the age of eight, it does not matter for what reasons, she may not even count on certain benefits and early retirement. In this case, if a woman is deprived of parental rights after receiving such payments, she will continue to receive them. It should be noted that foster children are also considered, while the age of the child does not matter. Note also that the spouse's children will also receive retirement benefits, and also exclusively in the case of the adoption of the child.

Noteworthy is the fact that if a mother lives with her descendants on different living spaces, this is not an obstacle to the appointment of such an early pension to such a woman. What can not be said about the deprivation of parental rights. In this case, a woman loses all privileges and advantages over others and goes on a well-deserved rest on general grounds.

Problematic issues

Despite the fact that, in general, this system deserves respect, some public figures and politicians do not agree with the current state of affairs in the country. They believe that all reforms in general and the retirement age for women in Russia in particular generate exclusively dependent motives, which, as you know, have never led to anything good.

To date, as has been repeatedly noted, cash payments to people who decide to retire to a well-deserved rest are made too early. That is, a large part of the population that could work productively, so to speak, for the benefit of the state, receives a pension. Some believe that this does not stimulate a person, but, on the contrary, forces him to finish his career faster and retire.

As for women ...

Of course, differentiation in the appointment and payment of pensions, as well as at an age when a person can quietly retire to a well-deserved rest, is simply necessary. Some sociologists argue that in this case, gender inequality is obtained, according to which men later retire, despite the fact that their life expectancy is much less.

However, the retirement age for women in Russia in 2014 is only five years less than that of representatives of the strong half of humanity. It is also worth recalling that most of the ladies are seriously engaged in raising their children and conducting housekeeping all their conscious lives. However, this period is not included in the length of service. It seems that the principle of social justice in this case is observed.

Probably, the retirement age for women in Russia will change from 2015, although so far no one is waiting for it, and there are no corresponding bills yet. Social justice, which is so waiting for people at the end of their lives, is observed. And this is the main point. It seems that the retirement age in Russia for women in 2014 is more than just and adequate.

By secret to the whole world ...

As for the world trends regarding a significant increase in the retirement age and the general "equalization" of both sexes, this is the case for each country. Still, what to say, the Soviet Union was quite humane in relation to its citizens, especially women.

By the way, pension reforms, which would have changed something radically, have not yet been observed. Probably, it would be worthwhile to revise the retirement age for large women in Russia and reduce it. However, to date, everything remains only on the pages of bills that have not yet been formally adopted.

But the increase in the retirement age for women in Russia up to 60 years is a very vague prospect, which, according to sociologists, probably will not come true, since society is not yet ready for such a turn of events.

Summary

Thus, a labor pension is understood as a monthly cash payment in order to compensate all insured persons for earnings, as well as other payments or rewards that were actually lost by them due to incapacity for work due to disability or old age. This is the basic concept.

It should be noted that the financing of payment of the amount of labor pension, as a rule, occurs at the expense of so-called insurance contributions, which are paid by employers. By the way, the insurance premium rate usually consists of an individual, as well as a solidary part.

An old-age labor pension is usually understood as a monthly cash payment to be given to those citizens who have reached the statutory age limit and have the required length of service. Such sums are appointed in order to compensate the citizens for wages or other income that they received during the period of labor activity. So, fifty-five years is the retirement age in Russia for women. 2015 may bring some changes. But for sure, for the time being, no one can say anything.
