Removal of lime (fat)

The appearance of one or more soft, mobile subcutaneous nodules is usually associated with the formation of benign tumors of adipose tissue (lipoma). Constantly growing adolescents cause discomfort. Often there are subcutaneous nodules, and in men, localization predominates on the face, and in women - on the body. Perhaps the appearance of lime in the organs (the mammary gland, myocardium, lungs, etc.), in bones and joints. Lipomas are prone to permanent growth, which does not stop even with a general exhaustion of the body. With an increase in old subcutaneous formations, their base is stretched to form a "lipoma on the leg," a feature of which is the development of blood stasis and necrosis of tissues. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that they be removed even in the early stages of the process.

Wenigers are usually painless and only in rare cases with a significant increase squeeze nearby nerve endings and cause pain. The only method of complete treatment of this disease is lime removal.

If earlier all adipose was removed only surgically and under anesthesia, nowadays lipid removal is used in such a way in exceptional cases, for example, with large warts that disrupt the vital functions of other organs, or to eliminate a cosmetic defect. In some cases it is necessary to remove small tumors with the usual surgical method under local anesthesia.

When a small fat is located on an open area of the body, new bloodless methods are used to improve the cosmetic effect. They guarantee a quick and practically painless removal of lime with healing without the formation of a postoperative scar. Thanks to these methods, a person can immediately return to an ordinary way of life right after the operation.

Modern methods include the removal of Wen's children with the help of:

  • Laser (laser removal by lime);
  • Radio-knife (radio-wave method);
  • Puncture-aspiration method.

With the help of a laser and a radio-knife, both the lipoma and its capsules are eliminated, which prevents the possibility of re-formation of the tumor. Advantages of using these methods are the speed of the procedure (on average takes 15 minutes), the use of local anesthesia, the absence of postoperative complications (edema, infection of the wound, etc.), as well as rapid rehabilitation of patients without scarring or other cosmetic defects.

The application of the puncture-aspiration method of lipid removal is based on the use of a microendoscope and a microdevice for aspiration. The procedure lasts about 15 minutes, under local anesthesia and with visual monitoring using a monitor. The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of removing the fibrolip.

Wherever the lipoma is located (on the arm, neck, trunk, wen on the head), treatment is in all cases performed By removing it. Folk remedies here will not help. Incomplete removal of limes is accompanied by repeated growth of the tumor.
