The psychiatric hospital of Hagia Sophia (Saratov) has the second name "Altynka". The popular nickname is associated with the location of the hospital on the eponymous mountain. Doctor and Builder

Separate the Alexander Hospital from the clinic for the mentally ill Saratov Zemstvo decided in 1883. As an organizer, administrator and chief doctor, Samuel Ivanovich Steinberg was invited.
