The desire to be better is natural for people. But, it happens, it "sleeps" for the time being. As long as a person is well and that suits him, he will not change anything. But as soon as there was discontent - the desire to move to another level of life here as here. As practice shows, most often the stimulus is poured into the list of plans for the summer or "new" life from Monday. The first day of the week is usually easy, so do not load it. But 100, or almost 100, plans for the summer - the list though and big, but useful. Under one condition: if it is correctly drawn up.

It does not matter why you want to change your life. Dissatisfaction with the existing state can occur in two opposite cases: with a bright emotional encounter with a positive example or at the time of experiencing a crisis situation. The main thing is an internal need, possessing the potential, capable to improve the quality of a person's life and increase his self-esteem if to direct energy in the right direction.

Correctly compiled list of plans for the summer is not a list of desired achievements, but a self-improvement program, each point of which leads to one main goal that fills life with meaning.

As a rule, the majority of people who are dissatisfied with themselves and with their lives raise the question: where to start? In order not to get stuck at this stage, write down everything that seems important to you. And on the priority list of plans for the summer will be placed later. Each item on your list is divided into "subtasks", also determining their degree of importance. To make it easier for you to navigate, let's give an example.

1. Get rid of the complex about the figure:

  • Take a subscription to the fitness center;

  • In the evening remember all the pleasant moments;
  • Every day to make small pleasant surprises to someone from close friends and friends.

4. Get a new position:

  • Write out a specialized magazine;
  • Tighten English, for example;
  • To offer management a program for the reorganization of the department on electronic and paper media, including the optimization of staff time and the introduction of the latest technology.

5. To go on vacation on a tour to Venice:
