Origami box - master class

Boxes help us in organizing the storage of many things: cosmetics, office, cables and so on. Of course, you can use the finished packaging from products or equipment, and then zadekorirovat it. Origami-box of paper

Everyone knows that it is possible to fold origami from almost any paper. In the case of such a hand-crafted thing as a box, this rule does not fit a bit. Why:

• In the process of creating a box, the paper needs to be bent repeatedly, and then it should be unwrapped, too thick paper does not fit.
• A box is not just an odd job. It will be used as an organizer or for gift wrapping. Therefore, too thin sheets here to anything.

What happens? It is best to choose paper with a density of 70 to 120 g / square. M. As for the type, it is possible to fold ordinary colored sheets, special packing or for scrapbooking. The main thing is to have a suitable density.

A simple box

Take a square or rectangular piece of paper, depending on which origami box you need. Fold it twice in half (Figures 1 and 2). Expand the sheet once to have a fold line in front of you, and wrap the left and right corners in the middle (picture 3).

Then fold the bottom half in half to make an accordion (Figure 4). Turn over the shape (picture 5). Fold the right and left sides of the figure to the fold line in the center (Figure 6). Now you need to fold the bottom of the part two times into the accordion two times (picture 7). Make bends in those parts of the figure that are shown in Figures 8, 9 and 10.

Now you only need to expand the part by tucking the upper corner, as in picture 11. This box will be strong enough even if you use ordinary paper for its creation.

Packing box

Take a nice piece of paper in a square shape. When choosing, consider the size of what you plan to put there. That is, the larger the gift, the more you need a sheet.

So, make two fold lines to form a cross. That is, fold the paper into the shape of a triangle, unfold it and fold it again, just by connecting the two other corners. Now make an accordion by folding the sheet three times. Straighten the paper. Repeat the accordion, only now on the other side, so that the new folds are perpendicular to the previous ones.

Procurement of packaging is ready. It remains to lay it down. To do this, wrap the four vertices, as in the picture above, and begin to collect the figure along the bend lines. At you all should simply develop, without effort.

Lockable box

Such a box-origami with a lid is made as follows:

1. Take a square leaf and fold it twice in half to form a cross from the fold lines (Figure 1).
2. Then spread the leaf and wrap each vertex to the center (Figure 2).
3. Now fold the figure in half, bending one part back (Figure 3).
4. Fold the right side to the left, as shown in Figure 4.
5. Now you just need to fold the figure, pressing on the pocket (Figure 5).
6. Flip the part (illustration 6).
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 on this side (Figure 7).
8. Open the pockets, which are marked with red arrows in Figure 8.
9. Expand the shape (Figure 9).
10. Repeat the sixth step on this side (Figure 10).
11. Fold the part in half (Figure 11).
12. Once again fold the figure, as in the illustration 12.
13. Now add both sides of the dotted lines in Figure 13.
14. Pull the shape behind the upper wings (Figure 14).
