The presented tractor belongs to the fifth traction class and stands on a par with such eminent representatives of agricultural machinery as the Terrion ATM 5280 or K-700. The wheel formula of the car is 4 x 4. The engine is a modernized German diesel engine under the BF06M1013FC index.

From other products of tractor machine building MTZ-3022 tractor differs by presence of control posts. They, in turn, consist of a duplicated clutch control design, a brake system and a fuel delivery mechanism. The structure also included an additional steering column and a swivel seat. All this presupposed and conditioned the tractor's ability to work in a reversible mode for a long time.

Model MTZ-3022 can work on soils with different bearing capacity, thanks to a wide range of ballasting wheels (you can install special ballast or fill the tires with liquid), as well as the possibility of mounting wheels of different sizes.

Specifications

At MTZ-3022 technical characteristics allow to use it for the operative solving of problems in various branches of industry and construction. Due to its performance, the tractor stands out on the world stage. This is facilitated by:

The presented technical characteristics of the tractor can be significantly improved by installing various attachments, for example, a power take-off shaft. One of the peculiarities of the MTZ-3022 tractor is the fact that the downhole can be installed both at the rear and at the front of the machine.

Engine

In this series of tractors there is an improved diesel power plant of the German company Deutz under the index BF06M1013FC. In Russia, this motor is better known as the S40E 8.7 LTA M146 with a turbocharger and a power of 300 horsepower.

The power plant is 4-stroke with a horizontal arrangement of six working cylinders, liquid cooling and a direct injection system. A similar unit is installed in a variety of types of equipment. In MTZ-3022, the engine has certain technical characteristics given in the article.

The power plant provides the tractor with a speed of 40 km / h when driving forward and 20 km / h on the return run. Separately, it is worth highlighting its design features:

1. The cast head of the block of cylinders and картер, made of shock-proof pig-iron.
2. Presence of pump-injector for each cylinder.
3. Forged crankshaft with counterweights.
4. Full-flow oil filter in the form of a cartridge.
5. Bimetallic camshaft bearings.

The generator of the power plant generates electricity 12 V, power 24 W. The unit is started by means of a 12V / 24W electric starter. The engine capacity is sufficient for its use in the composition of caterpillar and drilling equipment. The motor is also installed in excavators, loaders, combines.

Hydraulic system

For the management of interchangeable working equipment, the tractor is equipped with a hydraulic system based on the Bosch-Rexroth axial-plunger pump. It is universal, the control is carried out using the joystick. Hydromechanism provides power, positional, as well as mixed control over the technology of processing the earth's surface.

In the hydromechanism installed on the MTZ-3022, the characteristics increase the distributor 4-sectional type. It has an electro-hydraulic control system, equipped with a programming function, as well as a control unit for ZNU and PNU. The structure of the system includes 4 pairs of terminals, which are complemented by the function of controlling the supply of fluid.

Modifications

The MTZ-3022 tractor has many modified models. However, among all of them there are two main series - MTZ-3022V and MTZ-3022DTS.1. The first practically does not differ from the original car. But this tractor is equipped with a reversible control post, which is very useful for long operations.

Modification of MTZ-3022 DC1. Neither by its appearance nor the engine is also different from the standard model. But in it the opportunity of doubling of wheels for increase of passableness of the car is realized. This model of agricultural machinery is particularly in demand in regions where over-moistened and weak-bearing soils predominate.

In general, MTZ-3022 tractor is a functional model, which has a number of advantages over its competitors. The closest analogue of the described technique is the MTZ-3022DV model, on which an especially powerful engine is installed. Among the foreign representatives of tractor construction, the John Deere model has similar characteristics.
