Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport: airport map, terminal plan and other useful information

Terminal B (Sheremetyevo-1) was launched in 1961. The sector initially deals only with domestic air transport. Since 2014, the terminal has been closed due to the construction of a new building. The end of construction is planned by the end of 2017.

Terminals D and E are the center for the airline Aeroflot and another 20 airlines and are used for international flights. There is everything for the convenience and service of passengers.

Terminal F (Sheremetyevo-2) was opened for the Olympic Games in 1980. Currently it serves both international and domestic flights. In the terminal building F there are check-in desks, waiting rooms (including VIP-halls), shops, a cafe and a hotel.

Terminals D, E and F are located in the southern sector of the airport and are interconnected by pedestrian galleries.

How to get to Sheremetyevo

Sheremetyevo is located near the cities of Khimki and Lobnya, which are located in the western part of the Moscow region. On public transport it is quite easy to get to the terminals of Sheremetyevo Airport. The scheme is simple.

  • By train.

From Savyolovsky station (Moscow) to the station Lobnya there are electric trains. Further to the airport terminals you can take the bus number 21, which runs at intervals of 15 minutes.

  • By bus.

From the metro station "Planernaya" to the airport terminals there is a bus number 817.

By car it's also quite easy to get to Sheremetyevo Airport. The route is the following: from Moscow (from Moscow) on the Leningrad Highway (M-10 highway), then turn to the International Highway. The road without congestion will take an average of about 40 minutes.
