Lazy intestine: treatment with exercises

It is believed that a huge number of diseases have as their symptoms constipation and painful conditions of the intestine. People say: a clean intestine - a pledge of excellent health. Therefore, any treatment must begin with its purification.

Lazy bowel treatment and causes of appearance

There is a lazy intestine, the treatment of which can not be delayed, for various reasons:

Start with rubbing the abdominal cavity in the rectum and large intestine. Begin at the bottom left, gradually moving to the right and up. Massage movements are best performed by clockwise movement at least 10-15 times. If during the massage you find an area that hurts more than all the others, rub it until the pain completely disappears.

It is possible that after such a massage a person will feel the desire to empty their intestines.

You can try this exercise: pull your knees to your chest, wrap your arms around them. Try to reach out with your knees to your forehead, stay in this position for a while. Now relax, lower your legs, take a deep breath, lying in the position of the star.

Stand on your elbows and knees. Now take turns lifting one leg, then the other as high as you can. Repeat the exercise 7 times for each leg.

Wrap a damp, but very well squeezed right hand. Slide your hand along the abdomen from the right side from the bottom up. This exercise should be repeated no less than five times.

The same can be done on the left side of the abdomen, wrapping the left hand with a rag. Such procedures are best done 3-4 times each time. Do not use a laxative.

Another great exercise: without getting out of bed, raise and lower the upper body. In this case, you can not use. Repeat at a slow pace, this exercise is about 25 times, after which also slowly poprised.

Physical exercise is the ideal assistant for a variety of diseases. For example, if you are diagnosed with a "lazy eye", treatment also involves special exercises.
