Property is called all those things and property, in addition, the property rights of the subject of law, which are protected by legal norms from unlawful attacks. Speaking of such a concept as a form of ownership in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to understand what is the type of the term in question.

The basic forms of ownership are shown by a certain stage in the improvement of this legal institution. The form of ownership can be called the ownership of resources and products of production to the subjects of law. Interaction of forms and types of ownership does not cause any doubts. They are determined by certain historical conditions and receive their development within a given state formation. This is a common and private type of property. The history of the origin of private property is rather banal. It originated from private production, for example, from trade and craft. The existence of private property in the subject of law suggests that individuals believe that the means of production and products of production are related to their personal acquisitions. Private property in modern economic turnover is the foundation of the state and economic structure of the country. Owners of private property in an independent order take volitional decisions of economic properties. The forms of ownership in the RF of the type in question assume the existence of the entities to which it belongs. They include both citizens and organizations. The presence of private property rights in figures leads to the fact that economic activities on the territory of the country are conducted responsibly and effectively.

In economic theory, many specialists are called upon to divide ownership into collective and private property. Thus, the forms of ownership in the Russian Federation have multiplied by these two subcategories. To individual property should be attributed the case where the owner's power belongs to a certain person. Subjects of the concept under consideration are both citizens and legal entities that can act as owners of securities, household items, motor vehicles, real estate, etc. As for organizations and companies that work on the basis of individual property, the greatest benefit comes from the provision of various services. As a general rule, such organizations are very easy to establish and their owners have some freedom in their actions. Collective property, as a concept of ownership in the RF, belongs to certain individuals. Subspecies of collective property are cooperative, joint-stock and partner property. To property of cooperative appointment it is possible to carry property of persons who have united the actions that in a joint image to conduct the activity. The legal fact of occurrence of this type of property is the sum of money shares of individuals and members of the cooperative, as well as from the profits that are received from the sale of products. In addition, partner property, as a concept and forms of ownership, takes place when the property refers to two or more persons. It is formed as a result of voluntary contributions in the monetary or other terms of the partnership participants. The shareholders' property is formed as a result of the issue and sale of securities in the form of shares. Accordingly, the owners of shares are shareholders in joint-stock companies.

As for state property, it belongs to the state and has two forms. To the form number one can be attributed the property of the federation, to the second - the property of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
