To them, first of all, is the official birthday of the monarch, which is celebrated on the second Saturday of June for about 250 years.
The British are very fond of gardening and everything connected with it. In fact, near each house is a small garden. And every year, at the end of May, the world famous Flower Festival in Chelsea is held, where from all corners of the globe bring a lot of flower exhibitions. Here you can not only see unusual and beautiful representatives of the flora, but also buy the ones you like.
Traditions in Great Britain also apply to competitions. Nowhere else can you see the herald tournament, only in August in Hastings, where the heralds of the whole country compete in the power of their voice. Or the parade of cars that have already exchanged the seventh decade, is a very fascinating sight.
The British honor their customs, which allows them to be proud of their country, its culture and history.
