The technique of manicure is connected with a Frenchwoman, who, being a master in a beauty salon, wished to somehow spread a newspaper article about herself. The latter spoke about the achievements of this woman in the field of beauty. But the newspaper itself was not particularly popular in France, so many could simply not read it. Then the mistress decided to use the text of the article for manicure to her clients. An unusual idea was accepted with a bang, which brought popularity not only to a little-known newspaper, but also to an enterprising woman cosmetologist.

So, how to do a manicure with a newspaper? For this you will need very little time and effort. For a basis it is better to take white matte varnish or close to it: light pink, light gray, yellow - colors against which the newspaper letters will look the most advantageous. Before the beginning of the manicure it is necessary to clean the nails from the old varnish well, to saw them, if necessary, to the desired shape. After this, you can start the main work. Also, you must first prepare ten pieces of newspaper, which you plan to use for drawing. Cut them better than a square shape or close to the shape of the nail, and the size of these fragments must completely cover the nail plate. It's better if they are a little bit out of it. This greatly simplifies the subsequent removal of paper. Here are two ways to do a manicure with a newspaper.

First option

After preliminary preparation the nails are ready for work. It is better to cover them with varnish in turn, so that the layer does not have time to dry. First you need to apply a clear varnish on the first of the nails. Then drop the acetone liquid onto the selected piece of paper and attach it to the nail plate. To move it in any case it is impossible, otherwise the picture will move and, instead of a clear print of letters, something will appear smeared. If this is not your goal, it is better to show accuracy and just to press the paper against the nail. After that, it will be necessary to wait a little while the varnish and drawing will dry up. Depending on the tool used, it takes from thirty seconds to several minutes. The main thing is to wait patiently. When the varnish dries, you can safely remove the paper, picking it by the protruding edge. It may happen that it does not come unstuck, and some will remain on the nail. Experiencing is not worth it. In conclusion, the pattern is covered with another layer of clear varnish or a special means for quick drying. This will securely fix it on the nail and hide some of the shortcomings.

The second option

The second method differs from the previous one in that here alcohol is used instead of acetone. If necessary, it can be replaced with perfume or men's cologne. Also, an opaque matte varnish is required for the job. As mentioned above, the best shades of light, pastel and pale gray tones. First, a base coat of varnish is applied to the nails, which, unlike the description of the first method, should dry well. If there is such an opportunity, then this layer is best applied the day before the procedure. Otherwise, there is a risk that the varnish will be covered with cracks. Pieces of paper are lowered into alcohol for a few seconds (you can just moisten each with a few drops), then apply as quickly as possible to the nail. It is important to attach them more tightly, but do not move from the spot. After 20 seconds, the paper can be removed. Important: the resulting pattern must be dried before you apply a fixing transparent layer on top.

Manicure with the help of the newspaper itself looks original and fresh, but in your power to make it unique. You can connect the fantasy to get even more original result.
