The first film of the famous franchise about dinosaurs, the creation of which was not involved Steven Spielberg, is "Jurassic Park 3". Since the events of the previous films several years have passed, and dinosaurs have not only survived, but settled the island, have become smarter, more cunning and even more dangerous.

Actors and the role of the movie "Jurassic Park 3": Alan Grant

Of the original composition, the viewer will only meet with paleontologist Alan Grant. Being fanatically devoted to his work, he is ready to sacrifice everything for her and even endanger his own life. His role was performed by the famous New Zealand actor Sam Nill, among the most recent works of which the series "Sharp peaks." Even before starting work in the first part of the franchise, he consulted the paleontologist D. Horner. Tyrannosaurus was made from oily clay, individual parts were cast using epoxy resin, and the skin was made of foamed rubber. Two models were controlled from the console, but for large plans that require maximum naturalness, the role of the dinosaur in the first part of the franchise was played by actors. Modern technology allowed you to manage it even when fully immersed in water. Where did the shooting take place?

For the filming of the third part of the film, its creators decided to return to Hawaii, or rather - the fifth largest island of the tropical archipelago (Molokai). Picturesque mountains, shrouded in the wilds of the rainforests, can not be better suited as a home for ancient reptiles. Many scenes in which the actors of the movie "Jurassic Park 3" move in the jungle were filmed on the most ancient island - Kauai. Its diverse relief includes beautiful waterfalls and rivers, mountainous areas and dense forests.
