Prepare the canvas

We are creating a new foundation again. Then we fill the shape with red color. Using the magic wand tool (MagicWand), select all areas of the star.

Adding paints

Again, create a new drawing layer and fill it with red. Select the areas of the main drawing with a magic wand. Next, click Filter, then Render, followed by Clouds. Mixing mode - Hard light. Combine all the layers where the fill color was applied.
