Proper connection of washing machines is a guarantee of their high-quality and safe operation. It is not difficult to do it yourself, the main thing is to observe certain rules and the sequence of actions. The installation of the automatic machine is conventionally divided into several stages: preparation, connection to the communications and power supply network, adjustment of the legs and checking the operation of the equipment.

Preparing for installation

Before you start the connection of washing machines, all fasteners and transport parts are removed. After removing them, the tank should take its normal position, i.e., arbitrarily "hang" on the damping springs. The holes remaining after unscrewing the fixing bolts should be covered with plastic plugs that complete the machine. Remember that all this work is carried out in the first place, since if the inclusion is made with unplugged transport parts, they will damage the drum and completely can disable the device.

The next stage after preparation is the connection of the machine to the drainage lines. In models without a special check valve that passes the water in one direction, manufacturers install an outlet hose (branch pipe) at a certain height. Connection of the water drain system of the automatic washing machine from the sewer is carried out with the help of an additional siphon, which must be installed. The drain hose reliably connects to the sink draining system, excluding the slightest leakage.

Of course, some make the connection of washing machines according to a more simplified scheme, namely fix the drain pipe on the side of the washbasin or bath. However, this method is rather unreliable, because you can accidentally touch the hose, and then the flood can not be avoided. Therefore, the water draining device must be stationary. After doing this work, it is necessary to check the location of the hose - it must be straightened and not have bends. Then it must be firmly fixed on the back of the washing machine.

Connection of washing machines to a water supply system

For this purpose, special flexible hoses of ¾ in diameter are ideally suited. Connecting the machine to the water supply can be done in several ways. One of them provides for a separate valve. It is installed on the right part of the water pipe by cutting a new thread. Such a faucet allows after each washing to block water on the washing machine. When installing it, care must also be taken to install a protective filter net that will prevent small particles from entering the machine from getting into the machine. Of course, this filter should be periodically cleaned.

The second way is to connect the washing machine to the water pipe through a conventional mixer. However, this option can be used as a temporary solution, because it is rather inconvenient. First, you have to buy a long hose, and secondly, each time before washing it will be necessary to remove the faucet from the mixer and connect the hose there.

The final stage

After performing these operations, you must firmly install the washing machine by adjusting the feet. If this is not done, then during the spin it will be very noisy and vibrate. Before connecting the machine to the mains, the switchboard must be grounded.
