Bugatti Chiron - the new leader in the luxury supercar class

In 2004, the presentation of the Bugatti Veyron was a real explosion, entailing a lot of admiration, discussion and emotion. The most expensive and fastest supercar of that time lasted more than 10 years in the top due to many improvements and variations. And although most of the competitors have long been much more beautiful and faster, Veyron is still appreciated. For more than 10 years, the public was waiting for the same loud premiere from the company. And in 2016 Bugatti Chiron appeared.

More beautiful

The new supercar was presented at the Paris Motor Show in 2016. It is impossible to find fault with the appearance of new items. Genuine designers are working in this company. The body features, the "look" of the car - everything remained very recognizable. But now the supercar looks much more modern than its old predecessor. The branded grille and air intakes on the bumpers have not gone anywhere. But the optics has undergone tremendous changes. Instead of two conventional headlights, now on each side four LED rectangles are dazzled, which are drowned in the body of the car. It would seem, a strange solution with simple forms, but it looks very fresh and effective. Bugatti Chiron showed how to look in 2016 to all the other supercars that will come out after him.

The rear part changed much, and disappointed. Korma now looks like a huge number of analogues from other supercars. The profile of the car remained recognizable, mainly thanks to the company's two-tone color.

Inside, the designers and engineers also tried to make themselves famous. The narrow central console with a minimum of adjustments and controls has long been a signature feature of Bugatti cars. Chiron in this case is no exception. The luxurious leather trim is harmoniously combined with carbon inserts and metal handles, buttons and other controls - this is only possible in Bugatti cars.

Even faster

Let's move on to the most important thing in the new Bugatti Chiron: engine performance and overclocking performance. Engine power W16 with a capacity of 6 liters increased to a frightening 1500 horsepower. Accelerates the car to 100 km / h in just 2.2 seconds. On the speedometer flags the mark of the maximum speed of 500 km / h, but with the help of program settings it is locked to "modest" 420 km / h. Perhaps in future versions this indicator will just grow to the maximum.

Production of Bugatti Chiron is scheduled for autumn 2016. So far, the car will be produced in a limited edition of 500 copies every year. The initial price of the novelty is 2 million 400 thousand euros.
