September 13, the water slept a little, but not for long. The stubborn Amur-father continued to be capricious. His water seemed frozen for a few days at around 908 cm. And then the curve of indicators again crawled up. People began to evacuate, because the flooded areas quickly ended food and drinking water.

So the village of Svechino in the Khabarovsk Territory became an island. The roads are blurred, movement is possible only on boats. And if in the Komsomolsk-on-Amur region, for example, about 3 thousand people went to temporary centers (sanatoria, military campuses or hostels), then many refused it. Almost in every farm - pigs, chickens, cows. You can not take them with you and you will not leave them to perish.
