This is a mask based on honey with the addition of cognac, which is also an excellent means for growth and strengthening of hair. For it you will need: honey - 1 tablespoon, cognac - 1 tablespoon (for longer hair - more). Leave the mask on your hair for a long time, preferably at night.

Recipe 3

Mask with a more complex composition: natural liquid honey (better lime) - 100 ml, lemon juice - 2 tablespoons, infusion of chamomile pharmacy - 2 teaspoons. Stir all components, apply on the entire length of the hair and keep for about 3-4 hours. This mask can be done 1 time in two weeks or more often, but without lemon juice, which can cause irritation on the scalp.

There is no doubt that from other methods, honey lightening has many advantages. Nevertheless, it must be taken into account that this method does not seem like everything. It is better to abandon the use of honey masks to people who are allergic to bee products, with any inflammatory processes on the scalp. In addition, the use of honey is contraindicated in diabetes mellitus.
