Japanese asahi face massage

Japanese asahi face massage was transmitted to Japan from generation to generation. The technique that is used here is called a "two-finger" technique (performed by the index finger and middle finger, or middle and anonymous), also known as the Y-method. Japanese asahi face massage acts on bones (ie, osteopathic), on connective and muscular tissues, revitalizing them and awakening the energy of the body. The face becomes younger.

Having looked at the process of massage, you may think that from it the wrinkles will only increase, but this is a delusion. With age, the skin and muscles become sluggish, and to remove them, you need to work on deeply lying tissue. The technology of oriental massages is based on working with a person, providing him with a truly necessary load. Use of the technique of reasonable strength is called "tsogan". Japanese asahi face massage should be done delicately and carefully. The greatest care should be observed in the location of the lymph nodes, and where they are not - you can work intensely and confidently. Japanese asahi massage is a multifunctional gymnastics and is designed to work on all the facial muscles, which leads to an increase in the tone of the skin and muscles, causing the effect of braces. And lymphatic drainage gives the face freshness.

Before the beginning of massage it is necessary to clear a skin of the face. Do not forget that there are a number of contraindications to its use: diseases of the lymphatic system, facial skin, ENT - organs, rhinitis, depending on individual characteristics - contraindication may be menstruation, fatigue.

Japanese asahi face massage can be done standing, sitting or lying down. During the whole massage you need to keep the correct posture.

All techniques end with the final exercise at point 9, which is located between the goat and ear. It is necessary to fix the fingers in it for a few seconds, then it is necessary to pass along the sides of the face (not touching the temporomandibular joint). Fingers will be 2 cm below the lower jaw - this is point 6 (deep cervical lymph nodes). After that, the fingers need to move down the sides of the neck, and stop when the fingers reach the jugular cavity and the inner edge of the clavicle. This is point 5.

Japanese massage for the face consists of only 12 exercises. All exercises must be performed 3 times.
