In anticipation of the child, the future mother and father are very much trying to find a beautiful name for their child. But many people want to stand out and call it something unusual. In addition, there is an opinion that on behalf of the child his character largely depends. Therefore, some parents, not wanting that the baby was all "predetermined", begin to look for special male or unusual female names.

Legislation allows you to name your child by any exotic name. But this issue must be approached very deliberately - because the child then live with this name. Previously, everything was easier - the baby was often called according to the church calendar, but now this tradition is almost not supported. Sometimes parents decide to come up with their own unusual female names so that the girl will go, so to speak, her own way.

In Soviet times, children were sometimes called in a peculiar way - they combined various word combinations. For example, Gertrude formed from "heroes of labor", Revmira - from "the revolution of the world", Vladlena - from "Vladimir Lenin". Also at that time, the fashion for foreign female names was gaining momentum. Unusual for our country, but customary for foreign countries, for example, Nelli, Margarita, Snezhana, Marianna, etc., they have already firmly entered our life.

Among the old Russian and church names the most popular are Praskovya, Anfisa and Vasilisa. In addition, parents call kids in honor of famous artists: Lolita, Amalia, Alsou. And this trend is gaining momentum. And creative parents stand out as follows: Viagra, Joy, Afighenia, etc.

Also, some parents call a child with a patriotic bias - these are truly unusual names. Women's of them were supplemented by Vyborina (in honor of the elections) and Octobrina (in honor of the October Revolution). The name of Medmi was also fixed - the parents named their girl in honor of the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. And the most unusual name is Russia.

According to psychologists, every child should like the way he was called to feel comfortable and supportive in the society. However, parents use unusual names to focus on the child, that the kid himself may not be to taste. Sometimes the owners of those can develop complexes. Therefore, some of them eventually decide to change their name, but in any case, according to the legislation will have to wait for a passport - 14 years.

It is impossible to say unequivocally whether it is good or bad to use unusual female names for a future daughter. But one thing is for certain: you have to approach it with maximum seriousness and responsibility.
